Overview
Welcome to HomesOps (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HomesOps platform, including its web portal, mobile applications, APIs, dashboards, and associated services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By signing up, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you (“you,” “your,” or “Service Provider”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which together form a legally binding agreement between you and HomesOps.
If you do not agree, do not use or access the Platform.
1. About HomesOps
HomesOps is a white-label home service management platform that enables HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, and general maintenance businesses to digitize their operations.
The Platform helps you manage customer bookings, dispatch technicians, process payments, track performance, and deliver branded customer experiences through your own mobile and web applications powered by HomesOps.
HomesOps provides software tools and infrastructure but does not employ or represent any service providers, technicians, or contractors using the system.
2. Eligibility
To use HomesOps, you must:
- Be a legally registered business or authorized representative of one.
- Be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts.
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws relating to your business operations.
HomesOps reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility criteria or violate these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To access the Platform, you must create a HomesOps account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Ensuring that your employees or authorized agents use the Platform responsibly.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, notify HomesOps immediately at security@homesops.com.
4. Subscription and Payment Terms
4.1. Fees and Billing
HomesOps operates on a subscription model. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment methods will be detailed in your service agreement or order form.
All payments are due in advance unless otherwise stated. Late or failed payments may result in temporary suspension of services.
4.2. Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and government levies associated with your subscription.
4.3. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, HomesOps subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. Any exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. License and Permitted Use
5.1. License Grant
HomesOps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform solely for your internal business operations, in accordance with these Terms.
5.2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Platform.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform without written consent.
- Upload malicious code, scripts, or data that could harm the Platform or its users.
- Use the Platform to send spam, fraudulent communications, or engage in deceptive business practices.
- Infringe upon HomesOps’ intellectual property rights or use the HomesOps name or logo without authorization.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
6. White-Label Configuration
When you subscribe to HomesOps’ white-label services, we may configure the software to display your brand name, logo, and domain.
You agree that:
- HomesOps retains full ownership of the underlying platform technology.
- Branding customization does not transfer intellectual property rights.
- You are responsible for ensuring your logo, colors, and business content do not infringe third-party rights.
7. Data Ownership and Privacy
- You own all business data, customer records, and transactional information uploaded to the Platform.
- HomesOps acts as a data processor, managing and storing data on your behalf in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- You must obtain necessary permissions from your customers before uploading their information to HomesOps.
- HomesOps may process aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve platform performance and functionality.
HomesOps will not sell or use your business data for independent marketing.
8. Service Availability and Support
HomesOps strives to maintain 99% uptime for the Platform, excluding scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages.
We provide:
- Email and chat support during standard business hours.
- Regular updates and bug fixes.
- Service continuity with minimal disruption.
While we aim for reliability, HomesOps does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Platform Modifications
HomesOps reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
Such updates may include performance improvements, design changes, API updates, or security enhancements. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
10. Third-Party Integrations
The Platform may integrate with external software, including CRMs, payment gateways, email systems, or accounting tools.
HomesOps:
- Provides these integrations as a convenience.
- Is not responsible for the performance or data handling practices of third-party platforms.
- Recommends reviewing their respective privacy and security policies before connecting your account.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All technology, code, software, trademarks, logos, databases, designs, and documentation associated with HomesOps are the exclusive property of Codiant Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.
Except for the limited license granted herein, no ownership rights are transferred to you. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of HomesOps materials may result in legal action.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared during the course of using the Platform, including technical data, pricing, and trade secrets.
Neither party shall disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
13. Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
- All business information you provide is accurate and lawful.
- You hold valid licenses and permits for your operations.
- You will comply with all applicable consumer protection, labor, and data privacy laws.
HomesOps provides the Platform “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomesOps and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities.
- Data loss, downtime, or system errors.
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomesOps, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
- Your misuse of the Platform.
- Violation of these Terms.
- Breach of applicable laws.
- Disputes between your business and your customers or employees.
16. Termination
16.1. By You
You may terminate your subscription at any time by providing written notice. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees.
16.2. By HomesOps
HomesOps may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You breach these Terms or applicable law.
- Your payment remains overdue beyond the grace period.
- Your activity poses a security or reputational risk.
Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, and data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.
17. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all laws governing your business operations, including:
- Labor and employment regulations.
- Tax and invoicing obligations.
- Environmental and safety standards.
- Data privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and relevant national statutes.
HomesOps is not responsible for ensuring your compliance with such laws.
18. Force Majeure
HomesOps shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, network failures, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.
19. Amendments
HomesOps may modify these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable service order or agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and HomesOps. They supersede all prior understandings or communications.
